An email receipt will be sent with each online donation and a summary mailed letter in December 2023. If you’d rather donate by mail, include an email address for receipt of arrival with your check (payable to Easterseals Blake Foundation) and “ETT: rider’s name” in the note section and mail to:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

If you want to make a donation for a specific cyclist, please enter their name below, when they come up in the search, click on their name and you can make a donation to that rider. 

If you want to make a donation to an entire team, please select the team search option below. when the name of that team comes up, click on the team name and make a general donation to the entire team.
