Avery's Anchors' Page

At a year and a half, Avery was diagnosed with Trisomy 12p, a rare genetic condition. Avery is non-speaking, has global developmental delays, intellectual disability, autism, and other medical diagnoses. She began attending Easterseals at age 3 where she receives her core education along with occupational, physical, and speech therapies as well as positive behavior supports, nursing services, and support from the school social worker. 

Avery will require lifelong care. In the future, Easterseals can provide Avery and our family with many supports including recreational supports, adult services, and family supports.
