Easterseals Hosts Two Walk With Me Events This Fall

New Castle, DE –Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore invites the public to join them for the inaugural “Walk With Me & 5K Fun Run Salisbury” and tenth annual “Walk With Me & Fun Run Delmarva” events. The events will unite hundreds of families and supporters in lower Delaware and along Maryland’s Eastern Shore to raise funds for Easterseals services in order to impact the lives of local individuals, like Walk With Me Ambassadors Conor Pellinger and Litena “Tina” Knight, and families living with disabilities.

Pellinger will be leading the way for the Salisbury event, scheduled for September 10, 2022 at 9 a.m. at the Elks Club, 401 Churchill Avenue, Salisbury, MD. Knight is excited for the Delmarva event slated for Friday, November 4, 2022, at 4 p.m. at Baywood Greens, 32267 Clubhouse Way, Long Neck, DE.

“We are excited to expand our Walk With Me event to Salisbury this year, and celebrate ten years of fundraising at our Delmarva event. More than ever we are looking forward to seeing many smiling faces at this year’s events. We hope to make this a record-breaking year,” Missy Baker, Special Events Coordinator, said. “The event raises money to support local people with disabilities and their families served by Easterseals programs. We hope to see you there!”
