W4ES Practice ride

By registering to ride with Wheels for Easterseals (W4ES) you commit to raising at least $500.

Once you raise at least $500 you will receive a Promo Code to register in El Tour de Tucson for free. You will also be eligible to receive your W4ES team jersey.

Continue to fundraise! Raise at least $1,000 and receive your matching W4ES bike shorts or bibs. There are more incentives at higher fundraising levels. 

Held annually the Saturday before Thanksgiving, El Tour is a fundraising ride attracting over 6,000 cyclists of all ages and abilities from throughout the United States and worldwide.  Riders are novice, intermediate, advanced and professional cyclists. Cyclists of every age and ability enjoy cycling El Tour to meet great people, raise contributions and have a fun time doing it on November 18,2023.

On November 18, 2023, pedal 32, 62 or 102 miles through the Sonoran desert from flat to rolling or moderately hilly course options and at El Tour, everyone is a winner. This is an opportunity for the community to come together to raise funds for Easterseals Blake Foundation and Aviva Children's Services.

 

No matter what distance you choose to ride, we are all starting at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) this year! Yay!!!

The Nova Home Loans Expo & Fiesta will be at the newly renovated Historic Eckbo Plaza of the Tucson Convention Center.  Most of the activities including the live music, food, beer garden and exhibitors will be outdoors!

What is the El Tour Expo & Fiesta?

For three days, over 6,000 El Tour de Tucson participants, as well as the general public and spectators, interact with exhibitors, from big brands to local shops. Merchandise sales, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests — it’s all at the Expo.

Packet Pickup Hours at the Expo and Fiesta

THURSDAY – 12pm – 9pm (the W4ES booth will be available from 12pm - 6:30pm)
FRIDAY – 12pm – 9pm (the W4ES booth will be available from 12pm - 6:30pm)

Safety & Security Meetings (Orientation Meetings)

Thurs & Friday, 12:00pm – 6:00pm/7:00-8:00pm

Highly recommended short sessions giving you information about route conditions, the ride in general and is your opportunity to ask questions! Every half hour.

Platinum Meeting

Thursday and Friday, 11am and 6pm

If you earned platinum designation, you must attend one of these meetings to get the pass that allows you to line up in the platinum corral.

At check in, to get your rider number 

* Bring you QR code, either printed out or on your smartphone.

* Your QR code will be on the registration confirmation email sent to you

* The 2023 El Tour QR Code will also be sent in a reminder email to all registered participants Monday of ride week.

* In order to pick up a youth's packet without the youth present, the registered guardian must bring his/her own valid photo ID; his/her own QR code, either printed out or on a smartphone; and the youth's QR code. You do not need to provdie ID for the registered youth.

* Note that adults may only pick up the rider packet for the single youth registered in connection with their name.

* Make sure to visit the El Tour de Touson 2023 website for all updates, routes, and other information.
