Wheels for Easterseals 2020 is IN MEMORY of Ryan Heinfeld.

On August 10, 2019, Ryan William Heinfeld, beloved son and brother, passed away at the age of 31. Ryan was born on January 30, 1988 to Amy and Gary Heinfeld. He received his degree from the University of Arizona in 2012, and was a graduate of Catalina Foothills High School. Ryan was a successful Realtor, earned his CCIM designation and served as Secretary of the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter.

NOTE: By registering to ride with Wheels for Easterseals (W4ES) you commit to raising at least $500 at which time your W4ES jersey will be free and you will be registered to ride in El Tour in April, 2021.

In the meantime, by registering and commiting to raising $500, you can ride with us as originally planned for Nov. 21, 2020. If you raise the $500 you will be given a W4ES jersey; other merchandise will be for sale online in the merchandise store; you will pick up your packet at our office at 7750 E. Broadway Blvd on Sat. Nov, 14, 2020 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

You and your team can choose what time you want to ride and what location you would like to ride on the Loop; you and your team assume all responsibility for any possible exposure to COVID-19 or any other illness or injury you might sustain from riding with W4ES; we will be at the Children's Memorial Park by the bike statue hoping to take some picture if you ride in that area; we are not allowed to formalize a social gathering and any gathering you choose to do will be at your own risk; we have Spirit Rider t-shirts for sale in the online merchandise store.

Have your family and friends show their support by purchasing a Spirit Rider shirt. If you choose, you can have your family and friends in their spirit rider shirts, at the Children's Memorial Park area to provide you with a water and snack or any kind of repairs of your bike or support you might need.

Join the Wheels for Easterseals team of cyclists riding and fundraising to support the children, families and individuals that Easterseals Blake Foundation and Aviva Children's Servcies  serve.  Both our organizations contribute to a community where all people can live healthy, productive, and independent lives.

El Tour de Tucson has been postponed until April, 2021. Packet pick up for El Tour de Tucson will be announced later. You can continue to fundraise until March 15th, 2021 for the El Tour in April. Help reach fundraising goals by March 15 and receive great incentives. Thousands of cyclists, volunteers and spectators make El Tour de Tucson one of the largest century rides in America. Selected by Bicycling Magazine as one of America's ten best centuries, El Tour features a stunning desert landscape, unequaled comradery and several routes ranging from 28 to 100+ miles throughout the Arizona Sonoran Desert. Or you can register for the Fun Ride at 10, 5, or 1 miles.

Packet pick up for our Nov. 21, 2020 ride will be Sat. Nov. 14th. We will be doing packet pick up drive thru in the parking lot of Easterseals Blake Foundation located at 7750 E. Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85710 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

EBF and Aviva have partnered with El Tour de Tucson and its desert charm - fantastic routes bring EBF and hundreds of riders back year after year. If this is your first ride or your 12th, El Tour is a perfect opportunity to join EBF and the greater cycling community to reach your cycling goals.
