Join the President's Council

Easterseals President's Council was created in 1995 to honor the generous individuals who provide an annual outright gift of $1,000 or more to help meet the challenges we face. Easter Seals' premiere recognition club, the President's Council is comprised of friends who share the belief that everyone with a disability or developmental special need deserves access to quality, comprehensive and compassionate programs and services.

Any individual who provides an annual outright gift or gifts totaling $1,000 or more in a 12-month period is recognized in the President's Council. Some friends pay in quarterly or monthly installments; others give a one-time gift each year. These are direct gifts to benefit programs, and are not related to special events or tickets sales or other premiums.

Friends contributing at the President's Council level are making a vital difference—creating solutions that change lives.

$25,000.00 Independence Level

Provides six low-income senior citizens access and transportation to an Easter Seals Day Care program for three months, allowing them to remain living with family instead of in nursing homes.

$10,000.00 Empowerment Level

Provides one-on-one support for a year to five people with disabilities so they can secure paid jobs and increase their independence.

$5,000.00 Opportunity Level

Allows 10 children with disabilities to go to summer day camp.

$2,500.00 Dignity Level

Buys three computers for the Easter Seals Computer Lab, where adults with disabilities learn important skills to increase their independence.

$1,000.00 Ability Level

Offers five children with disabilities a chance to experience the joy of learning to swim.
